How quickly will I see results?
Most customers notice a significant reduction in mosquito activity within 24–48 hours after the first treatment. Ongoing service provides the best long-term control.
Is this safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use EPA-approved products and apply them according to label instructions. Pets and people should remain indoors during treatment and for a short period afterward.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have access to your yard, you do not need to be present.
How often do you treat?
Service is performed on a 21-day cycle during the active mosquito season to maintain consistent protection.
What happens if it rains?
If heavy rain or unsafe weather occurs, your service may be rescheduled. Light rain after treatment typically does not affect results.
Do you guarantee results?
While treatments significantly reduce pest populations, complete elimination cannot be guaranteed due to weather, neighboring properties, and environmental conditions.
What pests are included in the Triple Threat plan?
The Triple Threat plan covers mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas. Lawn insects such as grubs or armyworms are not included.
What additional pests are covered under Full Line Defense?
Full Line Defense includes mosquitoes, ticks, fleas plus lawn and perimeter insects, including grubs, armyworms, ants, and spiders.
When am I billed?
Billing occurs monthly during the active service season. Billing is paused during off-season months and automatically resumes when treatments restart.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your selected plan and yard size. Larger properties require additional time and materials and are priced accordingly - prices are as noted on the service sign up page. No hidden fees or surprises.
Are there contracts or long-term commitments?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You may modify or cancel your plan at any time through your online account.
What areas of my yard do you treat?
We focus on shaded areas, landscaping, foliage, perimeter zones, and known breeding sites where pests live and hide.
What if my yard size selection is incorrect?
If the selected yard size does not match the property, we will contact you to adjust the plan before continuing service.
What should I do to prepare for service?
Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are indoors. No additional preparation is typically required.
What areas do you service?
We currently service select areas in and around Moore County NC to include Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Aberdeen, Whispering Pines, Carthage, and nearby areas. If you are unsure whether you are within our service area, contact us before signing up.
How do you determine yard size?
Yard size is determined using publicly available property records and visual assessment. In some cases, only the actively treated portion of the property may be used for pricing.
